Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Associate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants to take ownership of impactful design projects while collaborating closely with developers and product managers. You’ll be working on real-world products that are user-focused, visually appealing, and performance-driven.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 1pm - 10pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and transform findings into actionable design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital products while following brand guidelines.
• Optimize UI/UX for usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, best practices, and tools.
• Support the team in visual asset creation, motion graphics, and video editing when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6 Months proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects.
• Good understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro
